B.B. Reid is a bestselling author of several romances, including Crucible, the imaginative retelling of Goldilocks. She’s most known for her dark and contemporary romances, but began her career writing new adult. B.B. currently resides in Atlanta with Ivan, her moody tuxedo cat. I’m a dog person who somehow ended up with a bipolar cat. He loves it when I call him Big Poppa. Seriously, he doesn’t know his name is actually Ivan. 

I was enlisted in the National Guard for six years as Military Police.

I was born in Queens, New York, but my mother moved my two brothers and I down to North Carolina when I was five. 

I’m an introvert who gets upset when people don’t call enough and then gets even more upset when they call too much.

My current Man Crush Any Day is Bob Morley.

My first kiss was with a girl…in preschool. I guess I like to get a head start. See what I did there? waggles eyebrows

I started reading romance novels when I was twelve or thirteen.

Favorite movies are The Princess Bride, Fear, Troy, Edward Scissorhands, Beauty and the Beast, and Bridget Jones Diary. 

Favorite TV series are Friends, Game of Thrones, The Office, and The 100.

I love all genre of music except country.

I love surprises. I enjoy giving and receiving them.

I look amazing in blue, but my favorite colors are orange and green.
